No easy way to contact customer service. The contact number is 866-660-7924. Hope this helps. No refunds within the three day period because they won't make cancellations easy. They want your money upfront without knowing you're satisfied. The customer satisfaction policy ain't worth a lot.

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.
