Out of all of the business that I've done both on the internet and in person, this website, catholic match was hands down the most unprofessional that I have ever dealt with in my entire life!! They are unreasonable and strict. They remove your account very easily on a hunch, then you can't get a hold of them unless you submit a "ticket." But they never get back to you on the ticket. Then when you do all of this research and finally find their contact number, they get rude and defensive as to why you contacted them about having your profile removed without clarification. The owner, Brian, talks down to you and treats you like you are in 3rd grade and is very "self-righteous." The whole website has no class at all and is completely unprofessional. After sucking in all of my money for being a paying customer on the site for 2 years, they suddenly remove my profile based on a hunch when all of the accusations were false. I am very very frustrated by what they did. Will not recommend this site to anyone!
P.S.--And by the way, I believe that the price has been raised to $34.95.
In summary, I would not recommend Catholic Match to a friend.
