I realize that Christian Mingle cannot control what people post but eye awakening to me that one of the first people I was matched with is someone I know who lied about being divorced, having children and going to church.

I had photos turned down of me because they only want full face pictures YET they had others photos who were bizarre including one guy with a mask on that made him look like a woman. Really?

I should have read the fine print. I thought I was only signing up for a 3 month trial. However, they automatically billed me for ANOTHER 3 months and would not refund my money. For them it appears to be bottom-line about the money. Yes, even "Christians' rip you off.

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.

I know what everyone is thinking, "this cant be for real"? I thought the same way until i met my love. I actually joined the site to check out a man that my best friend was head-over-heels for. I found out the guy she was interested in was pervert but while i was deleting email messages i stumbled upon a message from my now fiance. To sum things up, it was certainly a pleasant surprise. Don't judge a book by it's cover and don't knock it until you try it. ;)

In summary, I would recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.

I have been on this site a while. It seemed ok, someone I liked the look of emailed me so I paid to contact him. All of a sudden, can't access the site. I see now that others have this problem and it is part of a scam. So I've cancelled the payment and good luck to them using my pictures for fake emails. You live and learn. Learn from us when we say KEEP AWAY from this site.

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.

I was on eharmony and match.com and no luck, almost no real choices. But on Christianmingle I found my wife. Don't know what to say about others complaints, I never tried to cancel.

Do not join, its NOT free and the only 'free' you will get is 'smiles' which are preset texts or they will give you 3 free days to try it. The trick? you have to MAIL back the cancelation and it has to be CERTIFIED and mail it to Utah! so you might want to sign up and mail the cancelation letter the same day and hope it will get there on the third day.

There arent many subscriber on this and the ones I was sent as matches live over 100 miles away from me PLUS even though I had a specific type, I would just get everybody.

Join Match or eHarmony at least they will not give you such grief to cancel. Who would've thought that people would even use God to get believers to sign up.
STAY AWAY, THIS SITE IS A REAL WASTE OF TIME!!

I had to give it a one star because you cant leave it blank but I would have given them a negative 5 stars (-5)

I'm a fairly good looking guy. Not stunning but generally have never had any trouble getting women. I have however had trouble finding good Christian women. I though that CM might be the answer. Unfortunately even though they boast millions of members they do not tell you that the vast majority of these people do not have memberships. You will nine time out of ten not hear back from people. In fact most of the time your mail won't even be read mainly because the other person is a paying member. Factor that in with ads that are often sexual in nature and just a general uneasiness I get from the site and the way it handles its customers. I can safely say do not join this site. Also I am convinced that they have certain members on there to "hook" you but are not actual people or are at least being paid by the site. No proof of this but this is the feeling I get. One girls photo was very obviously a scan from a magazine...

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.

I am very disappointed that this site is misleading users. At the end of the day, there is not such free subscription per say. In order for the user to read an e-mail from you is that the have to be a payed member after all.

The site does not show you if the member has a subscription or not. So no matter how many e-mails you send they won't be able to reply back.

In order words, what this site, Christianmingles, wants is to pressure the other user to pay a subscription to communicate with you.

The only good point I found is that is very easy to log in.

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.

I specifically stated my search parameters to include a certain age range and location relative to distance. Approximately 40% of those who viewed my profile were not within my search parameters. Another 40% did not include photos nor the question and answer profile questions. I feel the site was eager to gather membership dollars but in order to be a productive site should request members to provide a photo and complete the questions to allow the viewer reason for follow up. This site can inflate the numbers of provided viewers when, indeed, there was approximately 20% of those that were viable candidates.

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.

I wouldn't know if there was someone for me on CM. I was only able to access my account for 3 days. Now it won't let me in, and I have emailed them 4 times over the last 3 days, with no response. This is BS.

I ise the same password for everything but each time I try to log in, it doesn't allow me to. I decide to reset my password which I've done now 4 times and I still CAN'T log in!! I've e-mailed customer service and going on day #4 and still CAN'T log in and still NO feedback from CM.

In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.
