Overall, the website seems to have good ease of navigation, is easy to join and upload information and would seems a good value for the money. However, the technical and management support when there is a problem seems to be awful.
Just 4 days after joining Christian Mingle, I received an email on their website email that contained a viral hyperlink. I should have known better than to click on the link, but I figured it was supposed to be a Christian website, so it must be safe, since the email was part of their system.
The email hyperlink was a malware bot that took over my Christian Mingle account and began sending out a huge number of malware emails from my CM account to other members. The text of the emails was not of my writing. They appeared to part of one of the Russian scams. I contacted Christian Mingle, who would do nothing to correct the situation. They would not upgrade their antivirus to correct the situation, nor would they refund my account payment in any manner. I wound up just asking them to close my account and keep the 3 month payment for 4 days of use.
Thankfully, my personal computer prevented their malware from infecting my computer. However, members who do not have good antivirus protection for their personal computers can be open to cyber attacks from the Christian Mingle website!
In summary, I would not recommend Christian Mingle to a friend.
