I would've given NO stars, but that wasn't an option. I have been a member of LDSMingle for a few years. I am highly insulted by their business practices of late. I have been a frequent poster on the message board of this site. In the past it has been a place to both meet people and find advice. Now it is a place where jr. high mentality rules. Trying to complain to customer service is an outright joke. They have no phone number, so you are reduced to emailing. The "powers that be" at mingle have no problem "booting" people for any made up reason they can find. Apparently when you are "booted" ( I have not been) you are not even told. You end up trying and trying to log on to your account with no success. When you finally do get in touch with someone, you are given the brush off, and No information at all! They basically say that they don't need to tell you why they have ended your membership. Some complaints to customer service are met with swift arbitrary decisions, and others are not even acknowleged. Like I said, jr. high mentality. VERY unprofessional. I will not be there much longer!
In summary, I would not recommend LDS Mingle to a friend.
