I would've given NO stars, but that wasn't an option. I have been a member of LDSMingle for a few years. I am highly insulted by their business practices of late. I have been a frequent poster on the message board of this site. In the past it has been a place to both meet people and find advice. Now it is a place where jr. high mentality rules. Trying to complain to customer service is an outright joke. They have no phone number, so you are reduced to emailing. The "powers that be" at mingle have no problem "booting" people for any made up reason they can find. Apparently when you are "booted" ( I have not been) you are not even told. You end up trying and trying to log on to your account with no success. When you finally do get in touch with someone, you are given the brush off, and No information at all! While this website offers many "perks", they are only available to paying members. You can't put any contact information up, you can't chat with other members, you can't email other members. Basically, unless you fork out the money, you can't tell if you're wasting time pursuing someone, or if they're the real thing. There is no way for a free member to actually obtain the success that LDS Mingle touts with their endless Success Stories. It's akin to playing the staring game at a party. Nothing happens. Don't waste your time, use LDSLinkup.com, you can at least email other members for free! I've met infinitely more people there because I can actually communicate with them!

In summary, I would not recommend LDS Mingle to a friend.
